Mantra for the week: Small habits will enhance your life

I’m back! I took a bit of a hiatus…but I’m back in the kitchen too. I’m really trying to focus on smaller meals and adding more protein, veggies & fiber to my diet. Enjoy your week!

The grilled shrimp bowls never disappoint, even when I forget the corn on the cob, my avocado was bad and I didn’t put it over rice. The flavor of the shrimp is delicious, so that makes up for the other shortcomings. I marinated the flank steak ALL day and grilled it in my Ninja Foodi – SO tender and flavorful!
